About me

For the past 7 years I've dedicated myself to working at high growth early-stage startups and scale-ups, where it's necessary to own all parts of the product design process: from research and planning, ideation, coming up with design solutions all the way to handoff where I support the development team in implementing the solutions. I'm also expected to monitor and test the solution so we can go back and iterate when needed.

A little about me personally: I'm curious at heart and love going down "rabbit holes” and deep-diving into certain subjects relating not only to design and work, but also general or random topics that might interest me. For fun, I spend my free time reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, playing with my cats (Aquarela and Pulguinha) and crocheting.

I'm based in Vancouver, Canada and open to remote opportunities in Canada or the EU. I'm legally authorized to work in both regions.

Q4 Inc is a Canadian B2B SaaS company that provides investor relations platforms for public companies, offering tools for earnings calls, webcasts, and investor analytics. A few of the projects I've worked on include:

• Currently leading design for a new AI-powered Investor Relations product as part of the AI team.
• Lead designer on the Platform team, driving Q4’s SaaS transformation and directly contributing to a 10% increase in new bookings in 2024.
• Spearheaded a full UI modernization across the platform, defining a new visual language and raising the design bar across teams.
• Kicked off and participated in the creation of a net new design system aligned with the company rebrand, personally designing and building 8 components in Figma.
• Led a revamp of the Q4 authentication experience, unifying 6 different login experiences across the company's products into one single experience, lowering authentication support tickets by 70%, and saving over $100K/yr.

Isaac is a Brazil-based  B2B SaaS and fintech startup supporting private schools with tuition management and enrollment tools.

At Isaac, I had the opportunity to work on many projects for our web application from discovery to delivery. Working closely with stakeholders, I've conducted extensive user research, created user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual design and conducted user tests. A few of the projects I've worked on include:

• Designing a student enrollment experience for our product, which made it possible for schools to enroll over 240,000 students to our financial database;
• Led the redesign of the onboarding experience, reducing average client onboarding time from 30+ hours to under 8 hours.
• Created the student enrollment experience, enabling over 240,000 student records to be added to the platform’s financial database.
• Designed and shipped end-to-end product experiences, from discovery through delivery, working closely with stakeholders and users.

FestaLab is a Brazil-based B2C consumer tech platform for event planning, offering RSVP tools, gift registries, and collaborative video greetings.

As one of the first Product Designers at FestaLab, I had the opportunity to help build all of our products from the ground up, collaborating with C-level executives and stakeholders to bring the most value to our users and business. Some of the projects I'm most proud of include:

• Led design for collaborative video greeting cards, which drove significant engagement with over 9,000 cards shared in the first 2 months.
• Designed an RSVP and gift registry experience that drove event planning adoption across the platform.
• Built and shipped core B2C features aimed at increasing growth and retention.
